    According to the knowledge, the brake device produces friction between the brake disc and the wheel drum or disc, and changes the kinetic energy of the car during the friction process into heat energy consumption. The common brake devices are two types: drum brake and disc brake. So what is the principle of disc brakes?

    As the name implies, the disc brakes, with the rest of the brake disc, hold the brake disc that is rotating with the tire to produce friction and make the wheels turn low. When the brake pedal is pressed, the piston in the brake master cylinder will be pushed, and the pressure will be established in the brake line. Pressure is transmitted to the brake of the brake caliper through the brake oil to the piston of the pump. The piston of the brake sub pump moves outward and pushes the brake disc to clamp the brake disc to make the brake disc friction with the brake disc in order to reduce the wheel speed, so that the car will slow down or stop.
